Last updated: 3 October 2026. These terms cover the Taa wa Seen website, its content, institute comparison tools and communication channels. They do not replace your quotation, booking agreement or institute-specific conditions.
Service and information
The website helps you explore English study and tourism options in the Philippines, compare programs and accommodation, and prepare an inquiry or quotation request. Selecting a program, room or date does not confirm admission or reserve a place. Availability, program requirements and booking services must be confirmed in writing before payment.
Institute guide and prices
Fees vary by institute, campus, program, room, duration and date. Displayed figures support planning and do not replace an approved quotation for your request. Check whether tuition, accommodation, meals, registration and airport pickup are included, and whether local fees, refundable deposits or additional service fees apply. Some items may be payable to the institute in Philippine pesos. Converted amounts in Saudi riyals or other currencies may be estimates; review original currencies and the quotation date.
Offers and discounts
Each offer has its own eligibility conditions, which may depend on registration, arrival or study dates, duration, campus, room type, and whether the request is a new booking or an extension. Do not assume an institute's offer applies elsewhere or that discounts can be combined. A stated 5% discount is subject to the offer applicable to your selection, not an automatic reduction of all local fees or expenses. Ask for the calculation basis and eligible discount in your quotation. An institute promotion is not due outside its period or when its conditions are not met merely because it appears in the guide.
New bookings, extensions and dates
New bookings and extensions may have different prices, promotions and fees. Enter your dates, intended duration and previous study duration accurately when requesting an extension. Check the institute's arrival and start-date arrangements. Do not rely solely on an initial calculation to make a payment or travel decision.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Before payment, request a written quotation identifying the institute, program, room, dates, fees, currencies, payment recipient and method, availability, and the change, cancellation and refund conditions applicable to your request. This page does not establish uniform refund percentages or cancellation deadlines for all institutes. Those conditions must be specified in your booking documents before acceptance and payment. Do not send card details or transfer funds on the basis of an unverified message.
Study, visas and travel
Programs may require placement tests and have age, attendance, accommodation or study rules. General visa and travel information does not guarantee approval, entry or a particular learning result. Relevant authorities make those decisions; check current requirements for your nationality and circumstances before travel.
Information you submit
Provide accurate and current student, contact, room, date and duration details. A parent or guardian should handle requests for minors. Send sensitive documents only after confirming the need, recipient and appropriate channel.
Acceptable use and third-party content
Do not use the website for spam, impersonation, unauthorized access or service disruption. Content supports information and comparison; room images do not by themselves guarantee reservation of the exact room shown. External links and embedded content are also subject to their providers' terms.
