Reading the quotation

What makes up a student’s budget in Baguio?

An institute may offer more than one campus or study system. Confirm the specific campus, as accommodation, meals, schedules and services may differ between campuses.

Institute and campus

Do not assume that branches with the same name offer identical programmes, accommodation and services.

A key choice

Study system

Flexible, intensive and Sparta programmes differ in their schedules, supervision and classes.

Study schedule

Room type

Compare the number of occupants, bathroom, building, distance and services, not just the room’s name.

Accommodation

Local fees

Documents, cards, books, pickup, deposits and services may be charged separately from the programme price.

After arrival

Living expenses

The number of included meals, campus location, transport and activities determine your recurring spending.

Season

Availability may change or a seasonal charge may apply. Confirm the arrival date written in the quotation.

Questions to settle before paying

Which campus and study system does the quotation cover?
Are accommodation and meals included in the base price?
Which local fees will be payable in pesos?
Is pickup available from your arrival point, and to which campus?
Are books, services and the deposit separate charges?
What are the policies for changes, cancellations and refunds?

This page explains how to calculate your budget rather than listing a fixed price. The final budget should be checked against the institute’s current fee list and a quotation showing the arrival date.
